Head Chef required to work in a busy Club in Recent Farm

n

Finish by 8.30pm most nights Must be able to work Wednesday - Sundays

n

Small friendly team.

n

Have experience in Menu design

n

Have experience in creating weekly specials

n

Have experience in a high volume venue

n

Have experience cooking on a large flat & char grill

n

Be self motivated & reliable

n

Must be able to meet expectations around COGS and wages KPI's

n

Have a focus on workplace and personal hygiene

n





Have a passion for hospitality
