We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to joinour Finance team on a 6-month fixed term contract, coveringparental leave, based at our Head Office in Perth CBD.
There ispotential for the contract to be extended to 12 months, subject tobusiness requirements.
Reporting to the Group Accounts Manager,this role is responsible for providing accurate and timely accountspayable support across the business while maintaining strongsupplier relationships and ensuring compliance with companyprocedures and financial controls.This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive andcollaborative team environment where you will contribute to theefficient operation of the finance function across a large anddiverse organisation.To be considered for this position, you must possess thefollowing as a minimum:Previous experience in an Accounts PayableExperience processing high volumes of invoices accuratelyand efficientlyStrong understanding of accounts payable processesincluding coding, matching, approvals, reconciliations, andpayment processingHigh attention to detail with strong accuracy and dataentry capabilityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills,particularly Microsoft ExcelAbility to work both autonomously and collaborativelywithin a team environmentExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is desirable but notessentialAs an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsiblefor, but not limited to:Processing supplier invoices accurately including coding,matching,
