We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department and contribute to the continued success of our dealership.About the RoleReporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient administration and processing of manufacturer warranty claims while ensuring compliance with all manufacturer requirements and dealership procedures.Key responsibilities include:Processing warranty claims accurately and within required timeframesReviewing repair orders and supporting documentationMaintaining warranty records and claim documentationReconciling warranty payments and outstanding claimsLiaising with technicians, service advisors and manufacturer representativesMonitoring warranty compliance and identifying claim discrepanciesProviding administrative support to the Service Department as requiredThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and accuracy while supporting a busy aftersales operation.About YouTo be successful in this role,
