We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.About the RoleAs an Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leaders.
You'll be responsible for managing schedules, communications, and key business activities to ensure time is optimised and priorities are executed effectively.This role is critical in enabling leadership to focus on strategic outcomes while you manage the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & CoordinationManage complex calendars, scheduling, and appointmentsCoordinate meetings, reschedules, and follow-upsPrepare reports, presentations, and communicationsTrack actions and ensure timely completionCommunication & OrganisationManage emails, calls, and correspondenceLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate records, files,



and documentationPrepare briefing notes and meeting materialsOperational SupportCoordinate travel and logisticsEnsure confidentiality of sensitive informationAdditional ContributionsSupport business projects and initiativesAssist with event coordinationContribute to process improvementsAbout YouYou are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay one step ahead.
