Therefore, we are excited to invite applications for a full time experienced Administration Officer to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office.As a crucial member of the Training Department and reporting directly to the Training Manager, this position will require the successful applicant to provide high end administrative support with the various internal functions required for the onboarding, training and upskilling of our staff.Duties involved,



but not limited to:Assist with determining training requirements and issuing of relevant training documentation and assessements to train crewReview and processing of completed training documentation for accuracy and complianceUpload completed training documentation into required databases and portalsComplete the onboarding and induction process for new staffUpload onboarding and induction documentation into our system and action any further tasks requiredOther ad-hoc administrative duties as required.The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:Prior experience in a senior administrative rolePrior experience with a RTO highly regarded.Previous experience working in a dynamic, quick pace environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlinesSolid communication skills, a can-do attitude and high attention to detailProfessional and reliable work ethicFriendly, approachable personality who enjoys being part of a close knit supportive teamDrivers licenseCurrent National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
