We currently have a position available for a max-term contract until 27 February ****.In this role you can expect to be involved in things like:Conducting customer eligibility interviews for private rental assistance, social housing products and priority housingProviding expert housing advice to customers and providing referrals to ensure a holistic approach to supportMaking offers to prospective tenants while adhering to financial delegationsParticipating in policy reviews where requiredProactively seeking opportunities for partnerships and referrals to support customer needsPerforming Letting functions including accurate assessments of suitability, eligibility to match customers appropriatelyWho we are looking for:To be successful in this role, you will have:Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience of the community housing policy frameworkUnderstanding of community housing and the housing solutions availableCase management skills to assess, inform, advice, support and refer customersA genuine passion for helping people navigate complex social systems and find solutions to combat risk of homelessnessYou will also need:A current 'C' Class Driver's License valid in NSWA valid National Police Check (less than six (6) months old) to the satisfaction of Link Wentworth, to be renewed every five (5)
