You will supervise a large team, maintain high standards of service, and partner with the Publican to ensure smooth daily operations from the gaming room to dining spaces.
Role requires hands-on leadership, solid guest focus, and the ability to manage multiple areas during peak times.
RSA/RSG and Approved Managers Licence are essential per state requirements.
