Logistics / Customer Service Coordinator (Contract)About the roleAs a Logistics / Customer Service Coordinator at PSA BDP, you will play a crucial role in providing coverage during a 3 month period ensuring the effective and seamless coordination of customer orders and logistics within our busy warehousing and distribution operations.
This 3-month contract position is based in our Altona North facility in Victoria.What you'll be doingManage and process customer orders, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of productsCoordinate the movement of goods through the warehouse, including picking, packing and dispatching of ordersMaintain detailed inventory records and provide reporting on stock levels and order statusAssist with the development and implementation of logistics systems and processes to improve efficiencyProvide high-quality customer service, handling queries and resolving any issues that may ariseSupport the broader operational team as needed to achieve team and company objectivesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a similar logistics or customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing,
