ABOUT THE POSITIONSell & Parker is currently looking for a Transport & Fleet Scheduler to join our Blacktown Operations.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face and voice of our logistics team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
This is a critical role that sits at the heart of our operations, balancing customer needs with fleet logistics to keep our business moving.HOURS OF WORKMonday to Friday 6 am to 4 pmSaturdays When NecessaryABOUT YOUHighly proficient across the full Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience in transport sector preferred but not essentialPrevious experience/understanding of efficient transport allocations preferred but not essentialA foundational understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law and Chain of Responsibility protocols is essentialPrevious experience with weighbridge operations or efficient transport allocation would be advantageousPrevious experience with fleet maintenance management preferred but not essentialAbility to prioritise tasks according to specific requirementsCustomer service interaction experience required in dealing with customers and suppliersAbility to attain and retain fitness for work (including transparent Drug and Alcohol Screens).
