This is an on site position based in our Ferntree Gully office.You will edit a steady pipeline of content across real estate, social media and brand campaigns, turning raw footage into polished work that meets our standard every time.
We move quickly and hold a consistent house style, so the ability to study a reference, replicate an edit and deliver accurately to brief is essential.This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft,



works efficiently under deadline, and is genuinely driven to grow.What You Will Be DoingEditing video content across real estate, social and brand workMatching established edit styles and holding a consistent standard across every projectWorking from references and briefs to replicate and adapt edits preciselyManaging multiple projects at once and delivering on timeHandling colour grading, sound, pacing and basic graphics to a high standardCollaborating with the production and account teams to refine and finalise workContributing ideas that lift both the quality and the efficiency of our outputAbout YouProven experience as a video editor, ideally in an agency, media or production environmentA sharp eye for detail and the ability to match an existing style or reference preciselyEfficient and organised, comfortable working at pace and to deadlineConfident with industry standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Resolve DavinciStrength in colour grading, sound design or motion graphics is well regardedReliable, adaptable and open to feedbackA genuine drive to sharpen your craft and grow with the businessWhat We OfferFull time, on site role in a growing national agencyA steady pipeline of varied, high quality workWork on recognisable clients across multiple industriesClear opportunities to develop and progress
