What You'll Be Doing
As the key link between our dealership and customers, you'll play a vital role in providing an Unbelievable Customer Experience by:
Assisting with parts enquiries and accurate quoting using Toyota systemsIdentifying and upselling parts and accessories during repairs or scheduled servicingPreparing clear, itemised service quotes including parts, availability, and estimated delivery timesEnsuring estimates are complete and accurate, including labour and additional itemsCommunicating customer needs to the workshop team to ensure first-time fixesFollowing up on quotes and maximising sales opportunitiesMaintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and quote outcomesProviding friendly and professional support throughout the customer journey from service booking to post-service follow-up

Who We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service or sales (automotive industry preferred)A motivated, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong time management and problem-solving abilitiesA professional appearance and friendly dispositionComputer literacy and a willingness to learn new systemsBasic automotive knowledge (desirable but not essential)
