We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and bilingual Support Workers (English–Vietnamese) to join our caring and skilled team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care (assistance with showering, grooming, dressing, toileting).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe use of walking aids or wheelchairs.Support clients with meal preparation, shopping, and light domestic duties.Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.Assist clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community programs.Complete accurate shift notes and incident report forms promptly when required.Follow Mirae's policies on Work Health & Safety, Infection Control, Privacy, and Dignity of Risk.Communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese with clients, families, and the team.RequirementsCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
