We recognise that every individual is unique and believe in creating environments where participants, families and employees can thrive.We are currently seeking experienced NDIS Support Workers to join a specialist support team providing 24/7 support within a complex support environment in the Parramatta region.This is an chance to work within a highly structured and rewarding service alongside experienced colleagues and leadership who are committed to delivering high-quality supports and positive outcomes.About the RoleProvide intensive 2:1 support within a highly complex support environmentSupport a participant with significant behavioural, psychosocial and personal care support needsActive overnight shifts as part of a 24/7 support modelWork alongside an experienced Shift Mentor and support teamImplement Behaviour Support Plans, Risk Management Plans and therapeutic interventionsRespond professionally to behaviours of concern using a calm and therapeutic approachDeliver personal care and support with activities of daily livingMaintain accurate documentation, progress notes and incident reportingAdhere to strict infection control procedures and PPE requirementsMaintain consistency, professionalism and resilience in a dynamic support environmentAbout the Support EnvironmentThis role involves supporting a participant with complex support needs in a highly specialised environment.




Successful applicants must be comfortable:Working within a high-intensity support settingManaging behaviours of concern using therapeutic and person-centred approachesProviding personal care and support with activities of daily livingFollowing strict infection control measures and PPE requirementsWorking collaboratively within a structured 2:1 support modelMinimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or a related fieldDemonstrated experience supporting NDIS participants with complex needsExperience implementing Behaviour Support Plans and Positive Behaviour Support strategiesCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid and CPR CertificateCurrent Driver Licence and reliable vehicleAbility to work active overnight shiftsExcellent communication and documentation skillsExperience within SIL, SDA, mental health, forensic or high-intensity support environmentsExperience supporting participants with behaviours of concernStrong understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practiceWhat We OfferAdditional afternoon, night, weekend and public holiday penalty ratesOngoing rostered shifts and stabilitySupportive leadership and operational teamsOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to work within a specialised and rewarding support environmentIf you are an experienced Community service or NDIS Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.Our CommitmentWe are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
