As part of the Solvar Group, we're a leading provider of consumer lending and vehicle finance products, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining responsible lending practices.About the RoleAs a Credit Support Officer, you'll provide operational and administrative support to our lending team, helping ensure loan applications are processed efficiently, and customers receive a seamless experience.You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, and customers while managing a variety of administrative and customer-focused responsibilities.What You'll Be DoingProcessing and entering customer loan applicationsPreparing and managing loan documentationSupporting the credit assessment processMaintaining accurate customer records and databasesCommunicating with customers via phone and emailAssisting with account maintenance and repayment enquiriesFollowing up outstanding information and documentationSupporting reporting and operational functions within the teamDelivering exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries professionallyContributing to a positive and collaborative team cultureWhat We're Looking ForYou will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on helping customers.Ideally, you'll have:Previous administration, customer service, banking, finance, lending, or operations experienceStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsConfidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office applicationsA proactive and positive attitudeThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA solid customer-first mindset (Credit Sup...July **** | Word)Why Join Money3?
