I am working in partnership with an innovative and fast-growing food manufacturer to recruit an Engineering Team Leader for their site in Nottingham.This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-performing FMCG environment, where you'll take responsibility for engineering performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across a rapid-paced production facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of multi-skilled engineers, driving performance, engagement, and developmentDeliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive breakdown support, and continuous improvement initiativesDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across high-speed production and packaging equipmentWork closely with the Engineering Manager to drive a positive and high-performing team cultureSupport and deliver engineering projects including installations, upgrades, and modificationsCarry out fault finding and modifications on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control panelsEnsure all engineering activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with site standardsDrive continuous improvement across plant performance, reliability, and downtime reductionOn Offer28 days holiday
