stock control and pricing administration while providing broad administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business and the integrity of financial and inventory records.Key responsibilitiesVerify, code and process supplier invoicesSchedule and reconcile supplier paymentsResolve supplier account queries and discrepanciesMaintain accurate creditor records and payment documentationReconcile daily POS transactions against bank deposits and payment gatewaysInvestigate and resolve variances between sales, cash receipts and bankingPrepare daily and weekly cash reconciliation reportsMaintain inventory records and stock movement dataAssist with stocktakes and cycle countsProcess inventory adjustments, transfers and receiving documentationAssist with all aspects of payroll processingBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
