This chance is ideal for people who do not currently hold an industry-recognised qualification and are looking to earn while they learn through a paid traineeship.About the Opportunity:Successful applicants will complete a 12 to 15-month traineeship, combining practical, hands-on experience with formal study to achieve a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC*****) - Aged Care.Trainees will work with real clients in their homes, receive ongoing support and training, and be paid while attending training sessions and study days.Multiple positions are available throughout the Greater Newcastle area, including:SandgateWallsendCardiffTorontoEmployees will be placed within their local area and should be willing to travel up to approximately 25 minutes to support clients.Key Responsibilities:Providing domestic assistance, including vacuuming, mopping, changing linen, and general household cleaningBed making and room tidyingAssisting clients with shopping and errandsProviding transport to and from community appointmentsSupporting clients with personal care tasks, including showering, dressing,
