Join our team at The Union Station Hotel - Woolsthorpe (just a 25-minute drive from one of Australia's most liveable cities, Warrnambool).
We're looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Front of House Staff to join our team.
If you enjoy providing great customer service and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This role primarily involves evening and weekend shifts, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable and available to work during these times.
Previous hospitality experience is welcomed, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Main Duties & Responsibilities




Deliver friendly and efficient customer serviceTake orders and serve food and beveragesPrepare and serve drinks in line with RSA requirementsOperate the POS system and process paymentsMaintain a clean and organised bar and dining areaWork closely with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service
Skills & Experiences
Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidaysFriendly, reliable, and customer-focusedCurrent RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Hospitality or bar experience is preferred but not essentialReliable transport and a valid driver's licence
