Our client is a leading name in the packaging machinery industry, supplying a diverse customer base with cutting edge solutions. We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join their operations based in Sydney’s west. This role represents an opportunity to broaden your horizons with full training provided to develop a set of technical skills which are well sought-after.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your duties will include:
Installation and commissioning of new machinery on customer sites
Planned service and maintenance activities
Attending to breakdown situations as required
Providing excellent customer service including end user training
Completion of timely and accurate service reports

Our ideal candidate will possess:
Trade/tertiary qualifications in a mechanical,



electrical or electronic trade
Previous Field Service experience in an industrial environment
At a minimum, the ability to obtain a Restricted Electrical Licence. An A-Grade licence is a distinct advantage
Robust communication and customer service abilities
A manual driver licence
