Previous experience in a specialist surgical or medical practice
Technically proficient, with Genie and Medicare experience
Willingness to cover annual and personal leave coverage when required
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Immaculate presentation and excellent phone manner
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, team-focused approach
Ability to work independently and self-manage
