Job Description

Cactus Jack's Gumdale is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen and drive consistent standards. The role requires solid leadership, the ability to manage a high-volume service, and a proactive approach to training and safety.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, menu execution, and rostering while working closely with owners and management to maintain quality and control costs. A full time position with evening and weekend availability is offered.
