We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join the team at avoca beach kiosk in Avoca Beach, NSW.
This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a vibrant hospitality environment.
As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, crafting high-quality beverages and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and quality coffee in our beachside location.Key responsibilitiesPreparing and serving espresso-based drinks, speciality coffees, teas and other beverages to a high standardOperating and maintaining coffee machines and other equipment to ensure consistent quality and safetyTaking customer orders and processing payments accuratelyMaintaining a clean and hygienic work station, including proper sanitisation of equipmentEngaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfactionManaging inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other suppliesFollowing health and safety regulations and company policies at all timesWorking collaboratively with team members during busy periods to ensure efficient serviceWhat we're looking forRecognised barista training or certification, or proven experience working as a barista in a busy café environmentStrong knowledge of coffee varieties,
