HR Truck Drivers - Multi-Drop & Manual UnloadingOur client is a well-established national beverage logistics and distribution operation, completing high-volume deliveries to retail, hospitality and commercial customers across metropolitan Melbourne.They are currently seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers to join their route delivery team.
This is a hands-on multi-drop role involving both driving and repetitive manual unloading throughout the day.Start Time: 5:30amAverage Shift: Approximately 8 to 12 hoursPay Rate: $***** per hour + Overtime + SuperKey DutiesDriving HR trucks across allocated delivery routesCompleting approximately 20 to 30 customer drops depending on the runReviewing delivery runs and checking loads prior to leaving siteBreaking down mixed pallets to locate customer ordersManually unloading beverage cases from the truckUsing delivery trolleys to move stock into customer locationsCompleting deliveries to service stations, food outlets, hospitality venues and other customersProcessing returns, damaged stock and undelivered productsUsing company phones,



electronic run sheets and delivery systemsProviding qualified customer service at each delivery locationAbout YouWe're looking for experienced HR drivers who are comfortable combining driving with regular manual handling and customer deliveries.This is not a driving-only role, so candidates must be comfortable completing repetitive physical work throughout the shift.Previous experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:HR truck drivingBeverage, food or FMCG distributionCustomer-facing delivery drivingManual unloading and trolley workYou will also:Hold a current HR licence or aboveBe confident operating HR rigid trucksBe comfortable with repetitive manual unloading up to 16kgsBe comfortable working independently across Melbourne metroHave good attention to detail when checking products and quantitiesBe confident using mobile phones and electronic delivery systemsBe reliable and punctual for early morning startsHave a strong commitment to safetyBe comfortable working approximately 8 to 12-hour shiftsWhat We Offer$***** per hour + Overtime + SuperEarly morning startsApproximately 8 to 12-hour shiftsFull site and delivery trainingBuddy training with experienced driversOpportunity to build experience within a large national logistics operationIncreased work opportunities during peak periods
