This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important community-focused project while working in a fast-paced and supportive operational environment.Assignment DetailsDates: 9 November - 14 DecemberLocation: Port Melbourne (No Parking Onsite – see transport information below)Rate: $***** per hour + superShift Patterns:Day Shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm | 8:00am - 4:30pmAfternoon: 2:45pm - 10:45pmPeak Period: 8:15am - 7:45pmAbout the RoleAs a Data Entry Operator, you will support the accurate and timely processing of election results by entering data from ballot papers and election documentation into specialised systems.
Working in a high-volume environment, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity while following established procedures and security protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter election data into specialised systemsProcess information in line with VEC procedures and guidelinesMaintain a high level of accuracy when handling large volumes of dataMeet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environmentHandle sensitive election information with confidentiality and careIdentify and report data discrepancies or issues when requiredWork with specialised software and in-house systemsFollow all VEC policies, procedures and security requirementsProvide support with other operational tasks as directedAbout YouPrevious experience in data entry, administration or processing environmentsFast and accurate keyboard skills,
