The service maintains high staffing levels and gives educators the time, resources and support to focus on what matters most, building meaningful relationships with children and delivering engaging, high-quality learning experiences.

About You
ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
Current NESA accreditation if ECT qualified
Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
Previous Room Leader experience highly regarded
Passion for delivering high-quality educational programs
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
