as every product must meet our quality and food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlating and portioning food productsPiping cakes and prepared productsPreparing and portioning mini breadsAccurately weighing and portioning productsFollowing product specifications and production schedulesEnsuring consistency in presentation, weight and qualityFollowing HACCP and food safety proceduresCompleting required production recordsMaintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstationAssisting with cleaning and sanitationWorking efficiently to achieve daily production targetsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious food production, commercial kitchen, bakery or similar experience preferredPiping, plating or portioning experience highly regardedStrong attention to detailGood understanding of HACCP and food safety practicesClean and organisedReliable and punctualMotivated with a strong work ethicPositive attitude and strong team playerAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environmentWorking HoursMonday to Friday, approximately 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.Hours may vary depending on production requirements.Why Join Le Purée?
