Job Description

Samaritans is seeking an Youth Specialist Homelessness Service Intake Officer to join the Maitland-based team. The role provides intake, information and referral services and supports the SHS team in delivering consistent, compassionate care to young people in the Hunter region.

You will engage with diverse young people, families and partners, coordinating crisis response, information, referrals and pathways while promoting Samaritans' values in a team-oriented, respectful setting.
