SMS Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Administration Officer to support patient services across Earlwood, Sans Souci and Bangor clinics on a casual/part time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handle phone enquiries, appointments, and billing, and assist with data entry and document scanning in a busy team workplace.

Ideal candidates have experience with Best Practice Medical Software, HICAPS terminal use, and can schedule appointments for multiple doctors.
