The Casual Health Care Worker will support clients in their daily lives by assisting with personal care, household tasks, transportation, social activities, and respite.
The role focuses on enhancing clients' independence and overall wellbeing, working closely with the care team to deliver services in line with individual care plans.Your responsibilities:Deliver personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and transport supportAssist clients with daily living activities including showering, dressing, grooming, and mobilityFollow care plans and maintain accurate documentationSupport clients' social engagement and wellbeingAdhere to manual handling, infection control, and WHS guidelinesAttend compulsory training and maintain mandatory certificatesWork collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality client careSkills and experience:Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community Care or Disability),
