The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with diverse needs and be committed to promoting independence and enhancing quality of life for our residents.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamEmpathy and understanding towards individuals with disabilitiesStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to remain calm under pressureResponsibilities:Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management,



and recreational activitiesDevelop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teamMonitor resident progress and report any concerns or changes in behavior to supervisory staffEnsure a safe and supportive environment for all residentsAssist residents in developing independent living skillsQualifications:Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services or related field preferredExperience working with individuals with disabilitiesCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationValid driver's licenseAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be female due to client choice.Schedule ******* hrs and 2 sleepovers a fortnight
