Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find an Iteration Lead to work across an infrastructure and security uplift project.
The successful candidate will be an experienced iteration lead who has lead engineering teams in a large enterprise - ideally having delivered a security or infrastructure uplift project.
Benefits Fixed term contract opportunity Competitive salary up to $190k + super Hybrid working environment (1-2 days per week in office) Amazing leadership group and office/team culture Medium sized, high performing infrastructure team Key Requirements Proven experience as an Iteration Lead, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, coordinating end-to-end delivery across infrastructure and technology teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog management, reporting and retrospectives.
Strong hands-on Jira experience, including managing and prioritising backlogs, creating and tracking epics/stories/tasks, monitoring sprint progress and velocity, and providing clear delivery reporting to stakeholders.
Experience coordinating Cloud and Infrastructure engineering squads, ideally comprising cloud engineers, infrastructure engineers and systems administrators, with the ability to coordinate technical work across multiple delivery streams.
Experience delivering technology or cyber security uplift initiatives, with an understanding of vulnerability remediation, security risks, technical debt and the coordination required to remediate issues across enterprise infrastructure.




Ability to coordinate remediation activities across Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID environments, working with technical SMEs to plan, prioritise and track configuration changes, security vulnerabilities, policy issues and remediation activities.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Architecture and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, communicate risks and maintain delivery alignment.
Strong delivery governance and risk management capability, including identifying and escalating blockers, managing cross-team dependencies, tracking milestones and timelines, and providing regular reporting on delivery progress, risks and issues.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, SAFe or similar frameworks, with demonstrated ability to coach engineering teams in Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, manage competing priorities and maintain focus on agreed security and infrastructure outcomes.
