AirH2O is looking for a reliable, hands-on and organised Factory & Warehouse Assistant to join our team.
This is a practical role supporting our HVAC projects by keeping our factory organised, receiving and preparing equipment, managing stock, and assisting with basic fabrication and assembly work.Key responsibilitiesReceive and check deliveries into the factoryUnload, organise and store equipment and materialsPrepare fans, mechanical equipment and materials ready for siteAssemble and modify fan equipment, brackets and other componentsAssist with basic fabrication and welding where requiredUse hand tools and power tools safely and confidentlyPick and prepare materials and equipment for site teamsMaintain stock levels and help keep an accurate stock/inventory systemNotify the team when materials or consumables need to be reorderedKeep the factory, warehouse and storage areas clean,



organised and safeAbout youCurrent Australian driver's licence – essentialConfident using hand tools and power toolsBasic welding/fabrication ability would be highly regardedForklift licence would be an advantageMechanically minded and comfortable working with equipmentGood organisational skillsAble to work independently and follow instructionsPhysically capable of handling equipment and materials safelyReliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a teamPrevious experience in HVAC, mechanical services, warehousing, fabrication or construction would be an advantage but is not essentialAbout usAirH2O is a company supporting HVAC projects with an experienced team working in factory and warehouse operations.
