We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers to support a male participant living with a Spinal Cord Injury based in Jacobs Well.
The participant is currently in hospital and is expected to be discharged in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Successful applicants will be required to participate in meet-and-greets and paid hospital-based training prior to discharge to ensure they are confident and fully prepared to provide safe, consistent and person-centred support.
Roster: Monday - Sunday 6am - 8am x 2 12pm - 2pm x 1 6pm - 8pm x 2 Duties:



Assistance with Bowel and Catheter Care Medication assistance Assisting with exercises and rehabilitation Community access - OT, Physiotherapy and community appointments Personal Care Manual handling and hoisting Skills Experience Australian Driver's License Certificate 3 in Individual Support minimum requirement Current National Police Clearance within 12 months Current Blue Card Current Yellow Card NDIS Worker Orientation Module NDIS Support effective communication module If you are a reliable and experienced Support Worker who is flexible with a range of shifts, takes initiative and is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support, apply now!
