We're passionate about what we do, and excited to welcome someone like you to our team.What You'll Do:As a Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:Operating and monitoring confectionery manufacturing equipmentCollaborate with maintenance with regards to routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running smoothlyFollowing safety and food quality guidelines at all timesEnsuring production targets are met while maintaining product integrityCollaborating with team members and supervisors to optimise production processesWhat We're Looking For:We value experience, but we also believe the right attitude is everything.
Ideally,



you have:Previous experience as a machine operator (experience in the food industry is highly regarded)Have sound English communication skills, both verbal and written, to follow and complete production sheetsMinimum 1-2 years of machine operator experienceExperience working in Hygienic clean environment - HACCP and GMP on siteMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a rapid-paced, temperature-controlled environmentA proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be part of a teamAbility to carry out manual handling tasksFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends when required(Morning Shift 6.00AM to 2.00PM and Afternoon Shift 2.00PM to *****PM)Why Work With Us?
