The Automotive Group is seeking a full time Store Person to join our team at our Moorebank NSW facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organising inventory, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and supporting the smooth running of our storage and distribution activities.
This is a hands‐on position that plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods through our facility and ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.What you'll be doingReceiving and unloading incoming goods, verifying stock against delivery documentation and identifying any discrepanciesPicking and packing items according to customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyOrganising and storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper labelling and easy retrievalMaintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock counts and cycle countsOperating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, trolleys and forklifts (if certified)Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, tidy and complies with health and safety standardsProcessing returns and damaged goods according to company proceduresSupporting team members during peak periods and assisting with ad hoc warehouse projects as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a Store Person, Warehouse Assistant,



or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAttention to detail, particularly when picking and packing items to ensure accuracyPhysical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy items regularly and work in a warehouse environmentAbility to follow instructions and work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamBasic computer literacy for inventory management systemsForklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is highly desirableCommitment to health and safety standards and proceduresAbout usThe Automotive Group is a leading organisation in the automotive sector, dedicated to delivering quality products and services to our customers.
