With our One UPS advantage and comprehensive service portfolio, we are optimally positioned to keep our clients competitive in an increasingly complex market.The opportunityWe are looking for a motivated and organized - track and Trace to join our dynamic Transport team in Melbourne.In this role, you will work closely with our Transport team and support internal operational teams across Australia.
You'll be responsible for coordinating collections, monitoring shipments by both air and road, communicating with regional agents and major domestic airlines, and ensuring everything keeps moving daily.This is administrative role , with a slight hand on approach , where you'll play an important part in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of urgent, medical freight which include temp sensitive and time specific freight.We're looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who enjoys solving problems,



staying organized and making things happen.About the RoleCoordinate collections and deliveries across AustraliaMonitor air and road shipments from collection through to deliveryLiaise with regional agents, transport providers and major domestic airlinesCommunicate with internal operational teams and external partnersWork with transportation management software and systemsProvide accurate and timely updates on shipmentsEnsure urgent and perishable medical freight is handled with care and delivered on timeSupport the broader Transport and Operations teams as requiredAbout YouYou'll be someone who is:Organised, proactive and reliablePositive and solutions-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA strong communicator who enjoys working with people ( phone calls)Able to multitask and prioritise competing demandsA team player with a genuine "can-do" attitudeTransport industry experience is preferred .
