Hospitality Team Members - Front & Back of HouseOld Butter Factory is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Team Members to join our team across both front and back of house positions.This is a casual role based in Bellingen NSW, with a mix of weekday, weekend and public holiday shifts available.Depending on your experience, roles may include front of house, barista, kitchen hand, dishwasher or hospitality all-rounder duties.What you'll be doingFront of HouseGreeting and welcoming customersTaking customer orders accurately and efficientlyServing food and beveragesProviding table service and checking on customer needsProcessing cash and card paymentsClearing and resetting tablesKeeping the café clean, organised and presentableAssisting the team during busy service periodsBaristaPreparing espresso coffee and other beverages to a consistent standardTexturing milk and producing quality coffee during busy service periodsKeeping the coffee station clean, organised and stockedWorking closely with front of house staff to keep service running efficientlyBack of HouseAssisting with basic food preparationFollowing recipes and food safety proceduresMaintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisationSupporting the kitchen team during serviceDishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipmentAssisting with stock rotation and food storageKeeping work areas clean and safeWhat we're looking forPrevious hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential for general front of house or kitchen support rolesWe are happy to train the right person for suitable positionsBarista applicants must be confident with espresso coffee preparation, milk texturing and working efficiently during busy service periodsFriendly and qualified attitudeAbility to work well as part of a teamReliability and punctualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to help across different areas when requiredFlexibility to work weekday, weekend and public holiday shiftsFood Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it is desirablePositive attitude and willingness to learnAbout Old Butter FactoryOld Butter Factory Café is a well-established café located in Bellingen NSW.
