pathways and processesTriage enquiries across multiple service streams and ensure customers are directed to the most appropriate teamMaintain accurate customer records, case notes and system updatesResolve routine enquiries at first point of contact wherever possibleEscalate complex, sensitive or urgent matters appropriatelyFollow organisational procedures, compliance requirements and service standardsContribute to customer experience outcomes, responsiveness and service qualitySupport a positive and collaborative team cultureAbout You:Previous experience within a contact centre, intake, customer service or administration roleStrong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empatheticallyExcellent attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skillsKnowledge of privacy, confidentiality and safeguarding principlesWhat's on Offer?
