This is a frontline role where professionalism, composure and customer service excellence are essential in maintaining a safe and secure public-facing environment.About the RoleThe security team at this site plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort and confidence of the community accessing government services.As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you will set the tone, delivering a welcoming, respectful and professional experience while maintaining strict adherence to site procedures and security protocols.This is a highly customer-focused role requiring strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to confidently manage difficult or sensitive situations.
