Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence?
We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to support and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials and products.
In this hands-on role, you will work closely with warehouse leadership, operational teams, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service within a regulated environment.
This role will be onsite at our Tullamarine premises.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
Allocate workloads and support daily warehouse operations to ensure workflow efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure customer and internal orders are processed accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, quality, and operational procedures.
Investigate and escalate inventory or operational issues when required.
Maintain accurate warehouse records, reporting,



and documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
Provide hands-on warehouse support and assist with operational requirements as needed.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Sound problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and compliance A current driver's license is required.
A current Forklift License (LF) is preferred.
