Support young people experiencing or at risk of psychosis through early intervention and recovery-focused care – HPSS 3.4 $99,****** p/a + Super Clinical leadership and supervision within an experienced multidisciplinary team Meaningful work with young people and families, including culturally safe support for young Aboriginal people About the role: Anglicare NT is seeking an experienced Senior Clinician – Early Psychosis to join the headspace Darwin team.
You'll provide comprehensive clinical assessment, assertive case management, therapeutic intervention and treatment to young people presenting with or at risk of developing psychosis, working closely with their families and support networks.
Using the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) model, you'll provide evidence-based, strengths-focused and developmentally appropriate care, including complex risk assessment, crisis intervention and safety planning.
You'll also provide clinical guidance, consultation, supervision and training to team members, working alongside the Clinical Lead and Program Manager to support high-quality service delivery.




About you You'll bring: An approved tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline with current AHPRA registration or AASW membership.
Solid clinical experience working with young people and families experiencing mental health difficulties, including psychosis and AOD issues.
Experience delivering CBT for psychosis and providing clinical supervision.
A passion for improving the social and emotional wellbeing of young Aboriginal people and their families.
Strong skills in assertive engagement, crisis intervention, complex risk assessment and multidisciplinary practice.
