You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present larder dishes to a consistently high standardPrepare salads, cold starters, dressings, sauces and garnishesMaintain excellent food presentation and portion controlEnsure all food preparation areas are clean, organised and hygienicFollow food safety,



hygiene and HACCP proceduresAssist with stock rotation, ordering and minimising food wasteWork efficiently during busy service periodsSupport and communicate effectively with the wider kitchen teamContribute ideas and maintain a positive, professional kitchen environmentAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience in a skilled kitchenHas at least 1 years experience working in larder or similar sectionHas a genuine passion for food and presentationWorks well under pressure and as part of a teamIs available to work days, nights and weekendsThis position does not offer sponsorship
