Job Description Brand recent leadership role Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team Help lead the business to the next level $120,000 – $180,000 dependent on experience + Super + Annual bonus up to 15% Production Manager – Western Sydney We're working with a well-established packaging manufacturer in Western Sydney.
They're looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of the factory floor, lead a team through a period of growth and help raise performance across safety, productivity, quality and people engagement.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday on a day shift.
You'll inherit a capable team and a site that's performing well, but there's still plenty of opportunity to put your own stamp on things.
What you'll be doing – Leading production operations across a busy manufacturing facility Managing and developing Supervisors, Team Leaders and production staff Making sure production targets are achieved without compromising safety or quality Working closely with maintenance,



logistics and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly Identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical improvements Coaching managers and supervisors to build accountability and capability within the team What we're looking for – You could come from packaging, plastics, FMCG, food, print, building products or another high-volume manufacturing operation.
What's important is that you've: Managed production KPIs, staffing levels and operational performance Proven experience managing large teams and multiple layers of leadership Delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality or efficiency Developed and retained strong teams Taken a hands-on approach rather than managing from behind a desk A trade qualification, engineering background or tertiary qualification would be viewed favourably.
