A position within their Commercial finance team has opened for a strong Finance Business Partner to join in a hands-on leadership position within the division.

The Role Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will: Own Financial and Performance reporting for a dedicated portfolio of Assets, including analytical reviews of portfolio performance and statutory obligations.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements, make strategic recommendations and build relationships.




Mentor 1 Direct Report and take an active responsibility for mentoring junior staff across the business.
Review reports provided by Operational staff, providing executive insights to senior leadership and Board packs.
Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, including the use of AI to automate and streamline manual processes.
The Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role you should have: CA / CPA qualification or working towards.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with diverse stakeholder groups (both internal and external).
Experience within the Property industry is essential in this position, with good understanding of Development, Commercial Leasing, Asset Management or Project-based environments.
Prior experience mentoring junior members of staff.
Ability to contribute to internal improvement programs, making recommendations and taking active part in promoting efficiencies.
