Take the Lead on Standout Exhibition Projects An established Sydney exhibition project management business is looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to join its close-knit team.
Working with global and market-leading brands, you'll manage exhibition stand projects from approved concept through to installation and client handover.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone who understands the exhibition industry, has robust supplier relationships and can confidently manage multiple projects at once.
The Role Managing approximately ***** projects at different stages, you will: Prepare quotes, budgets and production schedules Source and coordinate builders, AV, furniture, graphics, signage, rigging and other suppliers Manage purchase orders, artwork specifications and production documentation Keep projects on time, on budget and moving smoothly Oversee interstate installations, trades and onsite delivery Manage client handovers to a high standard Troubleshoot production issues and improve systems and processes Support and mentor other team members as required About You You'll bring: At least two years' production or project management experience within the exhibitions industry An established network of exhibition suppliers, contractors, venues and organisers Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines Strong estimating, quoting, budgeting and supplier-management skills Knowledge of exhibition builds, large-format graphics,



artwork specifications and AV Confidence managing trades and suppliers onsite Strong Microsoft Office and administration skills A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach Previous leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.
You'll also be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on small-business environment.
