and hydrationHelping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearanceOffering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeingPerforming light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environmentObserving and reporting any changes in clients' health or behaviorEngaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeingCollaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality careWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with home care clientsCommunity experience is requiredCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalentMust be available for night shiftsA valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleMust be willing to travel between client locations (across Carindale, Eagleby, and surrounding areas)A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneMust have work rights in AustraliaA genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services.Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethicA desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clientsStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a teamExperience accompanying clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities is highly valuedAbility to start ASAP is preferred
