About RiverCity FerriesRiverCity Ferries is the proud operator of the iconic CityCats and Cross River Ferry networks on behalf of the Brisbane City Council.We are part of Kelsian Group Limited, Australia's largest integrated land and marine, tourism and public transport provider, with international operations in London and Singapore.About the RoleYou will be dual trained as a deckhand/customer service officer.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering secure and exceptional passenger experience.You Will:Deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skillsBe flexible to work split shifts, early mornings, late afternoons,



including weekends and public holidaysBe able to start work from a variety of fleet locationsFollow instructions from vessel mastersDemonstrate a strong commitment to Work Health & SafetyApply effective conflict resolution skillsBe well presented and physically capable of performing the role.Participate in all required training, including safety drillsQualificationsHold (or be willing to obtain) a Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS).
