We are partnering with a well-respected charity seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join their team on an initial 4-6 month contract, with potential for extension (4 days a week).
This is a true generalist HR role where you'll support the full employee lifecycle and work closely with leaders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment and onboarding Employee relations support and advice HR administration and compliance Award interpretation and employment legislation guidance Policy and procedure support Performance management and employee lifecycle activities General HR project and operational support About You Previous experience in a generalist HR role Strong employee relations experience Recruitment experience across a variety of roles Knowledge of the SCHADS Award is highly desirable Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
