You'll support both maintenance and capital projects, working with delivery and operational teams to ensure works are planned safely, efficiently and practically.
It's a hands-on role combining technical planning, problem-solving and collaboration.
You'll provide technical guidance, develop practical solutions and help improve how traffic management is delivered across our projects.
What You'll Be Doing Developing traffic management plans from initial concept through to detailed delivery Working closely with operational teams to ensure plans are practical, achievable and buildable Analysing traffic data to support safe, efficient and effective outcomes Liaising with clients,



stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain clear communication Providing technical advice and guidance when challenges arise Supporting continuous improvement in planning processes and delivery What We're Looking For We're less interested in box-ticking and more interested in how you work, think and contribute to a team.
Essential AWTM qualification Strong experience in traffic planning, traffic signals and risk management Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative, hands-on approach The ability to work confidently with operational and project delivery teams Desirable AutoCAD experience Experience working across both maintenance and project environments You'll Fit In Here If You Are Proactive, practical and solutions-focused Comfortable working in a agile, fast-moving environment A team player who supports others and is comfortable raising issues constructively Someone who takes pride in doing things properly without overcomplicating things Confident enough to bring your ideas and experience to the table Keen to keep learning and grow alongside the business Why Join Us?
