Your Role As a key member of our Client Services team, you will play an important role in keeping the business running smoothly and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Your responsibilities will include: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, including managing phone and email enquiries/reception duties and creating a professional and supportive experience.
Collecting and organising client information to support Accounting, Bookkeeping and SMSF teams.
Coordinating meetings, managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
Preparing, distributing and lodging documents and reports.
Maintaining accurate records across systems including FYI, Xero, CAS 360 and DocuSign.
Supporting compliance processes such as ASIC renewals and audit administration.
Assisting with general office coordination, including maintenance and administration tasks.
Assisting with marketing activities, including events,
social media and promotional opportunities.
Managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines and workflows stay on track.
Contributing to process improvements and supporting a positive, professional team culture.
What You Bring Strong administration experience (experience in an accounting or professional services firm highly regarded).
Confidence interacting with clients, both in person and across phone and email.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Robust communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
Strong digital literacy and confidence learning new systems, with an interest in technology-enabled ways of working (experience with Xero, FYI, CAS 360 is desirable).
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to support team success.
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in administration, with strong potential for future growth.
Formal qualifications are not essential; however, a Cert III or IV in Business Administration is advantageous.
